West Burn Lane is situated in the heart of old Town St Andrews, and sits quietly within the towns conservation area. Eastacre were aware that putting a modern project amidst lots of old buildings could have been a risk. However, excellent design, and high quality materials were used to ensure that not only did the buildings not look out of place but actually added to the beauty of this residential Lane.
